Maybe I am as corrupt as your uncles, your late father and his enemies (see Special Court for Sierra Leone) and probably yourself too.
I suggest donation to a refugee relief fund or amnesty international. They may need it in Darfur or some other places.
We have already too much money in Switzerland, so we can not afford to take any more inside. Our banks are so full of money that the swiss national bank has great problems right now. They have to get rid of a lot of exccess gold reserves, and this is not an easy thing to do without shaking up the whole worldwide ecomomy. I wont even mention the political implications of such actions, with every party claiming rightfull requirement of the unavoidable increased cash-flow.
You can enter Switzerland as a refugee, which by the story you tell me you really are.
You will get housing, work and education for you and your sister from the swiss goverment (you can even bring your uncles too). But our goverment also will take your money as a first step to cover his costs.
Once your refugee status is confirmed and you get a permanent residence here, you will be re paid back what is left of your money for you to keep.
In this way you would loose only a few thousand dollars and not millions as with the plan (or scheme) you are suggesting.
